I'm a licensed therapist in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. For nearly two decades I've helped people to transcend their unseen barriers to become the most authentic, integrated, and confident version of themselves.

My approach is uniquely integrative and hands on. We'll dive into the work together, and I'll bring my wide and deep range of expertise to blend nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, parts work with practical tools for real, lasting change. My highest priority is for you to leave each session feeling clear, confident, and ultimately, better.
